“It was last week Monday when my aunt’s husband was stabbed to death when we checked on his documents his policies have lapsed. I called Sopema checking their packages since he was not a member, they said I must drop, they will call, indeed they called within a minute. They explained everything and we arranged a meeting with them, they collected the body from the government mortuary to theirs same day. On the day of the funeral, they arrived on time everything went well. Everybody was happy, we paid on Friday they didn't pressure us about payment but they told us that we should pay before the day of the funeral.
